Neil Vasant
Acting CEO

Neil Vasant brings over 20 years in the data communications, both as an operating executive and early stage investor. Neil's experience spans the entire value chain of data communications software, semiconductors, systems and intellectual property, gained in a series of “entrepreneurial” ventures as well as venture funded startups.

Neil was most recently CEO of an Israel-based data center solutions company, where he led team and engineering investments to achieve $6M a year in intellectual property and semiconductor sales and a subsequent exit by merger with a public company. He also led the market entry phase, commercial launch and business operations of a semiconductor process intellectual property company as Independent Board and Company Adviser,

Neil has previously held GM, product management and business development roles in the US and overseas with AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Agere Systems. While at A&T, Neil launched and managed a high-performance campus LAN systems business, a Unix systems integration unit and a security software spin off for ISP applications.

And as a Founding Partner of Lucent Venture Partners, Neil invested in fourteen early-stage semiconductor, infrastructure software and storage companies. Neil has held seven Board seats, led or co-led six major rounds of financing and participated in over twenty rounds of early stage company funding.

 

Thomas P. Reynolds
Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

Tom Reynolds has provided successful executive leadership from large to start-up companies, including marketing, sales, channels, distribution, customer support and chief executive roles.  His experience includes fixed and mobile communications infrastructure, computing and related technologies, and supply chain security. 

Tom was most recently President & CEO of Container Security, following his role as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Customer Support at Actelis Networks.  Prior to Actelis, Tom was Vice President of Worldwide Sales & Marketing in the Ericsson Data, Backbone & Optical Division, growing revenue 10x in under two years.  Tom was also Senior Vice President, Sales, Service & Marketing at PairGain Technologies, Vice President of Sales for the Network Systems Division at Motorola and held senior management roles at HP, Harris Datacomm, Lightbridge and Cambia Networks. 

Tom holds a Bachelors of Design in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Colorado. 

 

Frank Guerrero
Vice President of Product Marketing

Frank Guerrero brings 20 years of experience in the network and network security markets. Frank has had a long history of successful engagements with large and start up Silicon Valley networking and network security innovators such as early-networking pioneer Retix, SynOptics Communications, Bay Networks, VPNet Technologies (acquired by Avaya) and worked at global manufacturing giant Sanmina-SCI to define and manage their ODM line of network security products. Most recently, he was at NeoAccel, where he was responsible for positioning, channel marketing and marketing communications for their SSL VPN and NAC solutions.

Frank holds a BS in Engineering from California State University, Northridge.

 

Jo Anne Heywood Miller
Vice President of Engineering and R&D

Jo Anne Miller has a distinguished career in leading engineering teams in the networking industry. Prior to joining Infinity Security Solutions, Jo Anne was a Principal at Nokia Innovent, a seed-stage investing team within the Nokia strategy organization.  In this role, Jo Anne was responsible for managing the  portfolio and the Nokia business relationship. Prior to Nokia, Jo Anne was the President and CEO of Gluon Networks, a start-up providing next-generation converged voice and data switching and management systems for local telephone service providers.  Jo Anne has more than 29 years of telecommunications and computer industry experience including  senior executive and engineering management and research roles at JetCell, an indoor wireless/VoIP company (acquired by Cisco Systems), AirNet Communications, a wireless infrastructure company, Tellabs and AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Jo Anne holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Michigan, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

 

Richard Boyer

Principal Architect

Rich Boyer brings 20 years of security experience in both private and defense industries. Rich has worked and consulted  in organizations ranging from start up companies to Fortune 100. His experience includes security management in messaging, public key infrastructure (PKI), identity management, secure virtualization, and information awareness and warfare at companies such as Booz Allen & Hamilton, NetFrameworks and Nexor. Most recently, Rich was president of Sendstream Security Consulting, where he was responsible for security risk audits and assessments for organizations of all sizes.

Rich holds a Computer Science degree from the College of Wooster, Ohio.
